Equipment delivery is a service that is provided, there are no orders too small or too large. Delivery fee is based on your event location.

Tent Rental Agreement (Word document)
Deliveries require a 48 hour notice.
Deliveries are to a truck accessible location.
Items for pick up must be stacked at the same place they were delivered.
Delivery and pick up times (to the best of our ability) will be in the a.m. or p.m. as written on your invoice.
Delivery charges are not included in the cost of the rental item, it is determined by delivery zip code.
We charge extra for any of the following:
1. Long hauls- around to back decks- patio's.
2. Stairs.
3. Set up or take down (excluding tents, dance floor and staging).
4. Special handling.
5. Elevator deliveries.
6. Overtime (deliveries made before or past our regular delivery hours).
7. Equipment returned dirty.
Please have an adult with a valid drivers license at the delivery location to sign for the equipment.

Policies and Procedures
Payment
All charges are for time out, whether used or not, so make your selections carefully. Rental rates quoted are for daily or special weekend rates. Long term rentals are not available.
Reservations
Reservations are secured with a 20% non-refundable deposit. You can make a deposit by credit card or cash. Changes to a reservation can be made 7 to 10 days prior to delivery date.
Pickup
All china, silver, utensils, glasses, etc., must be cleaned and placed in the same containers as delivered. Linen should be debris free and dry to prevent staining and mildew. Tables and chairs must be knocked down and stacked ready for pickup. We do not dismantle or clean up your party. If we have to fold tables and/or chairs and hunt for equipment, our Labor rate is $20.00 per 1/2 hour per man. If you have rented only a tent, please remove everything from under it after your party. We must charge an additional pickup fee if we have to come back later.
Customer Pickup
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required.
Set Up / Knock Down
Set up and knock down service is available at a reasonable additional cost if arranged for in advance.
If no arrangements are made and this service is desired on delivery, our drivers must call for authorization.
Loss or Damage
Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessor from the time of delivery to time of return or pickup.
Please be sure equipment is secure when not in use and protected from weather. We do charge for missing, broken, burned or damaged items.
Please check and count your order upon receipt.
Tent Guidelines for Customer
1. Atlanta Event Rental employees are the only ones authorized to install and remove our tents.
2. Inspect your tent and notify Atlanta Rental immediately if you notice anything that is damaged or missing. You are responsible for any damages caused to the tent or equipment.
3. Tents cannot be set up in winds gusting over 25 mph.
4. Crepe paper or streamers cause permanent staining on tents and cannot be used for decoration. The customer pays for replacement of stained canvases.
5. Large tents will not be set up or taken down in heavy rainfalls or thunderstorms.
6. Allow 5-10 feet around the perimeter of the tent for placement of ropes and stakes.
7. Do not use grills or BBQ under the tents.
8. Do not build fires under the tent.
9. Do not staple, nail, pin, etc. anything to the canvas.
10. Do not let bare light bulbs touch canvas- they will scorch or burn it.
11. Atlanta Event Rental will not be responsible for damage done to underground sprinkler systems or wiring caused by the erection of tents. If you are unsure of the location of any underground pipes or wiring, Please call Mr Dig at 770-623-4344. If you would like us to take care of this for you, please notify us.
12. After we have completed installation, customer is not authorized to re-locate the tent.
13. Drivers/Delivery personnel do not have the authority to deviate from this or any other Atlanta Rental policy.
